10-Week Mindfulness Meditation Therapy Program
Mindfulness, or present-moment awareness, has been shown to be effective in helping us relate skillfully to depression, anxiety and stress. Spaces are currently available in the next group program which starts on Saturday January 28, 2012 1pm to 3:30pm in the 715 Bloor West downtown Toronto location.
